• To participate in the symposium, you must send an application for participation to the Organizing Committee by May 15, 2025, by filling out the online form at: sfs-spb.ru/registration or send a request by fax: (812) 542-75-58.
  
  The titles of the reports, in order to include them in the symposium program, must be submitted to the Organizing Committee of the symposium by May 7, 2025, by e-mail: conference@npo-sm.ru or raran@npo-sm.ru
  
  To participate in the symposium, it is necessary to transfer the registration fee for one participant:
• Members of IAA  – €200.
• Non-members – €250.
• Students  – €150.
• Accompanying persons: free one accompanying person, additional accompanying persons – €100 per person.

• The registration fee includes: admission to all sections, conference maintenance, participant kit, booklets, guided tour, drinks and coffee break
•  
• To receive an invoice for participation in the symposium, you must send an application with the following details of the organization:
• full name;
• legal and actual address;
  bank details (INN, KPP, r/account, k/account, BIC);
   

Members of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Russian Academy of Sciences, the organizing Committee of the symposium, and speakers at the plenary session are exempt from paying the registration fee. For all questions related to registration and receiving descriptions of the symposium reports, please contact the local organizing committee directly.
